Extended to 30th June!

Eligibility: This contest is open to all individuals who resides in Singapore, subject to local laws and regulations. Participants under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to enter.

Contest Period: The contest begins on May 10th and has been extended to 30th June. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible. Winners will be announced on the company's TikTok and Instagram on a later date.

How to Enter: Participants must share, like, and comment on the contest announcement post, record a video of themselves singing for at least 30 second, upload it to their TikTok or instagram account, tag @popsicalkaraoke, and include the hashtag #popsicalsingoff. Entries must comply with all TikTok terms and conditions. Participants are allowed to submit multiple entries; however, each entry must be unique.

Use of Entries: By entering the contest, you allow Charaku Pte Ltd (Popsical) to showcase your video submissions for promotional purposes. This means we can use, share, and display your videos to help promote our activities, including marketing and advertising. Your participation means a lot to us, and while this usage is without compensation, it helps us share your creative work with a wider audience. Thank you for being a part of our community!

Selection of Winners: Winners will be determined based on vocal ability, creativity, and adherence to contest rules. The decision of the judges is final and binding in all matters relating to this contest.

Prizes: There will be two winners in the contest. The first prize winner will receive a Popsical Rawr unit plus SGD 500 in cash. The second prize winner will receive a Popsical Rawr unit plus SGD 200 in cash. The specifics regarding the prize distribution and acceptance will be communicated directly to the winners. All decisions regarding prize distribution are at the sole discretion of Charaku Pte Ltd (Popsical) and are final.

General Conditions: Charaku Pte Ltd (Popsical) reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any problem prevents the contest from running as planned. Charaku Pte Ltd (Popsical) is not responsible for any errors in the entries, technical malfunctions, or other problems that may occur in the contest.

Data Protection: Personal information collected from participants will be used in accordance with the privacy policy of Charaku Pte Ltd (Popsical), primarily for the administration of the contest and related communications.
