How long will delivery take?

When orders are received, customers will be contacted within 3 -7 working days to schedule a delivery date. Customers will receive their orders on a first come first serve basis.

 

In the event that the Popsical is out of stock, the information on our website will supersede the information above. Please visit www.popsical.com for the latest and accurate delivery information.

Delivery costs

Popsical gives these options below for delivery:

  • Pickup at our stores = free

 

For Singapore

  • Delivery = varies on delivery speed, starting from SGD 5

 

For Malaysia

  • Delivery = varies on delivery speed, starting from RM 15

Where do you deliver?

We offer shipping to Singapore, Malaysia and globally. 

An item is missing from my order

Send an email to hello@popsical.com or message us in our facebook page with your order ID. We will reply to your enquiry the following day between 10am -10pm (UTC+8) and we’ll have it shipped out to you ASAP.

Has my order been delivered out yet?

Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tabs on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!

I received an incorrect item.

Do let us know immediately via email at hello@popsical.com along with your order ID and We will reply to your enquiry the following day between 10am -10pm (UTC+8).

The item I received is faulty!

We want you to have a good experience with us so if a faulty item is sent to you, please let us know immediately.

 

Take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and send to hello@popsical.com or message us on our facebook page.We will reply to your enquiry the following day between 10am -10pm (UTC+8) and exchange your item for a new one.
