Greetings from Popsical – the company behind the best karaoke experience. We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
As a Business Development Executive, you will actively source for and engage partners as well as find new business opportunities to grow our brand. You will need to be independent and think out of the box. You are also required to work closely with external clients and maintain a good working relationship for a long term partnership.
As a start-up that takes pride in delivering a great karaoke experience to all, we require passionate, driven and proactive team members who have a sense of ownership over the business.
· Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
· Create new accounts
· Develop new clients and maintain good relationships with existing customers
· Prepare individual sales action plans in line with the overall sales strategy of the company
· Conduct sales calls and make sales presentations
· Assist in and organize sales events
· Prepare daily/monthly sales report
· Develop and optimize existing accounts
· Negotiate trading terms with accounts
· Propose strategic action plans to management and execute sales plan
· Sales planning and forecasting
· Achievement of sales target
· Ensure correct and proper documentation in all deals with key accounts

· Possess Minimally a Diploma in any field
· Independent, self-motivated and results-driven
· Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
· Preferably with sales experience
